My introduction to scuba diving was with Tanya. During this time, I found her professionalism, care and patience refreshing. I was not a confident person and with Tanya making safety an absolute priority, along with her attention to detail, made it easy for me to progress my scuba diving path from Open Water to Dive Master.

As Dive Master, I assisted Tanya with many students and had the pleasure to watch her bring the best out of her students, and the students take enjoyment from the learning and practice.

I have dived with Tanya on many occasions, both within Australia and on overseas trips. Her organizational skills are nothing short of amazing. She continues to go above and beyond for her clients and where unforeseen changes occur, she remains calm and solution focused.

Tanya is the one person I would never hesitate to reach out to when the ocean comes calling.

Tanya Taylor was my first dive instructor back in 2005 . I have since advanced to Rescue Diver qualifications and completed over 1000 dives. Without a doubt and in my opinion she is the best dive instructor that I have had the privilege to be mentored with. She has a rapport and calmness that settles 
any misgivings or tensions that may arise during training and in dive preparations. She opened my eyes to an underwater world that I had great apprehension in diving into. 

I have been a diving companion and assistant with Tanya on numerous occasions locally diving within the Great Barrier Reef on multiple locations. Her knowledge and skills in everything underwater are outstanding. So a simple drift dive over a reef becomes an educational experience as well as a 
memorable pleasure. Her training methods are firm but fair, and she can cater for the most difficult of pupils with her experience and compassion. 

We have travelled and dived together overseas as well. This includes group experiences in Palau twice, New Guinea twice, and a number of live-aboards to the outer Barrier Reef. On these occasions Tanya excelled in the planning and execution of each trip. She organised flights, dive guides, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, and ensured all required documentation and visas were properly completed. Tanya has an amazing eye for detail and is an exceptional organiser. This includes local transport to airports and hotels as well as international transfers and catering for individual needs such as medical or dietary. 
I would dive anywhere with Tanya or assist her within my skills with group training and diving. I would be surprised if there is a better dive instructor anywhere in the world. Out of the water she is a pleasure, and underwater she is an inspiration
